Hi I am new to spark people and turned 50 in June. I had lost 35lbs for my daughters wedding in June and recently gained 10lbs back. I am going to school so I definitely have some stress eating daily. Would like to see what is out there any support is appreciated. I just ordered the track your activity hoping it would give me some motivation. My starting weight was 235 I got down to 200 before the gain, my goal weight is 185.
