I agree, it may be water weight, even mostly water weight, but I guarantee you there's some fat in there. ;) Your body doesn't hold on to the fat until after you lose the water!

How do you "know" it's water weight? Undoubtedly, if you've been doing the right things, some of that is fat! So go ahead and celebrate it! Good job!

That must be very encouraging. I know in the past I felt more motivated when I was seeing some results. After 5 months of sparking I am still dreaming of losing a pound. Ugh!

Im so excited 5 pounds down even though i know its water weight,maybe when i get down ten pounds i will start lossing fat pounds..Good luck everyone!
