I agree 1 point per glass would be awesome ! emoticon

I agree with Lizzy.

Might also experiment and see if the 5 points sticks if you first click for 8 glasses and then back it down to your allowed max of 5.

Well, I guess I should say up to some reasonable limit, like 8 or 10.

They probably wouldn't want to do the one point per glass thing.

People would lie and say they drink 20 glasses just to get the points....

I think it would be cool if you got 1 point per glass tracked, rather than it being an all or nothing thing.

If you really want the points, just check off that you have had 8.
It is your tracker to do with as you please, and as you have a maximum it's your choice to count or not.

Could more exercise and diuretics help to increase your water consumption? Check with your physician

Hi Sparkpeople. I am new and appreciate all your site has to offer. I have a medical condition (CHF) that limits my daily water intake to a maximum of 5 glasses per day or my lungs fill up with fluid. On behalf of all the folks in the same boat as me, how about 1 point for every 2 glasses rather than 5 for 8? Have a great day and keep up the good work! emoticon
