I KNOW THE FEELING ONE TIME I COULDNT EXCERCISE FOR 2WKS STRAIGHT. HAVE A STOMACH VIRUS THEN WAS DOWN WITH A BAD SINUS COLD. I FELT HORRIBLE.

Starting today (Monday) going to do my 4 usual days at the gym..maybe 5 :)) and watch what I eat and portions .. ESP at night snacking and goal by end of month to be under 200 lbs by next dr visit In couple weeks :)) 5 pounds to lose!
