I like them they are challenging and basically I am using the gym ones so they will always challenge me cause I can change the weight I use as time goes on....

I have not tried any at home ones yet I usually use my Wii Just Dance Games or workout Videos

Sounds like a good plan to me. How do you like the workouts they generate for you? Do you find they work well? Would you recommend?

I got to the gym 5 days a week also and do insanity at home and I haven't had any problems =)

Overtraining and injury. If you watch for those and avoid them you should be fine.

It should be ok if I go to the gym 5 days a week and take 2 off right? I got a bunch of great workouts Generated by the Sparkpeople Workout Generator so I can keep it mixed up pretty good for 5 days.

What do you all think?
