I set out a 14 day challenge of NO TREATS (I can't just cut back cause when I've tried in the past, I end up eating ALOT more than originally planned and before I know it, I've eaten a months worth in just a few days) and so far have gone 5 days without treats :D I was tempted today, but kept thinking "I set out a challenge for myself for a reason and I should keep with it" and I feel GREAT for sticking with it!!!
Once I've accomplished my 14 day challenge, I'm going to aim for longer and longer until snacking on a few treats a day is just a distant memory!!!
