My friend and I are planning a vacation to Barbados, and I'm so excited, but also determined that I will look healthy and toned on the beach.
Weight lifting is a really big thing for me and I'm interested to hear from anyone who counts this as a passion. This always makes me feel so much better about my body and look stronger, too. I'm going to be in a calorie deficit, of course - but a small one. My overall aim is to set up habits now that will stay with me.
