Hi all! I've lost (and kept off) about 80 lbs thus far. Having ruptured both of my Achilles tendons about 4 months ago, I've gotten off the exercise path. I'm more determined than ever though to lose 40 in 2013. I have a ton of tasty recipes if anyone would like to swap/share with me. I'm starting back on my workout regime tomorrow and am going to get an 8K in this spring.
