Even though i haven't lost much weight I was able yesterday during my 30 minute run to go 4.75 miles.

Even in middle school when we had to run a timed mile i was up to 12 to sometimes 17 minutes for one mile. But i was able to run/jogg for 30 minutes last night holding a good pace without stopping for 30 minutes and almost hit 5 miles!

I am so excited and proud of myself. I have been down lately because I haven't lost that much weight although I have been so good with tracking ect. I really needed this small victory.
