My first few days with this spark stuff, and I did loose a few pounds. Maybe it is working and will help me too! Sure hope so. Weight has been a life long issue of mine.
Really having a hard time even maintaining right now. Back up to starting weight + UGH!!!!!

Great job!!! Usually the first weeks you lose weight faster, if it slows down later don't be discouraged! Try to remember how proud you feel of yourself right now and how important your goals are! And don't forget to drink lots of water
