I haven't researched it, per se, but I do enjoy tabata workouts!

I've done Tabata as part of the P90X program. I agree with Motivated that you shouldn't be doing every workout. You have to switch up your workouts to get the most out of them! emoticon

Tabata workouts are extremely effective in increasing your fitness.

I'm not sure you should be doing them every workout, but doing them once a week or so combined with more conventional workouts on other days can be a great overall program.

I love tabata! I used to do it all of the time. It is definitely one of my favorite things to do :)

Does anyone in here do tabata? I have started my exercising with a tabata four minute workout and you can't believe how much it does! Just curious if anyone else has researched this?
