I would "LOVE" to be 200lbs for New Years, but that would be a very loft goal. It is also unreasonable. Based on my weight loss over the past 8 weeks, I would hope to lose another 12-14lbs by then.

My goal is to make a fresh start in January, but not on January 1.

I don't have a goal by New Years...My current goal is 10% of my body weight which is 18.4 from now...So like middle of January if I can maintain a 2 lb weight loss per week.

For those on a Journey to Lose weight-

Do you have a specific goal by New Years? Like to wear a special outfit, or to lose a certain number of pounds?

I am hoping to lose about 9 lbs from today until new years. (over 5 weeks away) I know I can do it!

Also, we started a spark team to lose wight ver the Holidays, feel free to join us.
