Just made a can of vegetarian chili stretch to two meals for myself!
Divided 1 can of Hormel Vegetarian Chili (4 PP divided, 8 for the whole can), added zucchini, red and green peppers, tomatoes, hot sauce. Froze both containers in Gladware last week, now just reheat in microwave. I added 1 slice Velveeta cheese (1PP) and Light sour cream (2PP) and it was soooooooooooooooo good! I could have even put more veggies in it but that was what I had. I used a small zucchini, and half each of a red and green pepper, and a whole tomato.
