I know that statement all to well, I'm also the kind of person that sees it easier at times. However take it from me, it's not that easy when your running on the 400lbs side of the weight scale. Hard to find clothing that is inexpensive, fits, and looks good. I think we could motivate each other.

Welcome back! It doesn't matter when/where you start - it's all about where you finish and the amazing journey to get there :) I regained the 50 lbs I lost when I first started SP because I stopped exercising consistently and wasn't tracking my food. I'm back on track now. I spent this week tracking my food (without making any adjustments) and it's very clear to me why I weigh this much lol. I now have a good starting point and can easily see where I need to cut calories. We're glad to have you here - YOU CAN DO IT!!!
PS - I love Coach Nicole's exercise videos on here - esp the 10 minute ones because no matter how busy I am I don't have any excuses not to do 10 minutes of fitness :)

Hello seekingcindy, this is my first time here. I also have to stay motivated. we need to lose this weight for our heath. we can do this :)

I have tried this site before and had very little success. I take full responsibility for that. I just can't seem to get motivated. I am the "it's just easier being fat me" girl, so I give up. I need to find my motivation. I would like to find some new "friends" to help with this. I have started moving more and watching more of how much I'm eating instead of what I am eating. Small steps right? emoticon
