Congrats on the 3 miles!!!! I have three different routes I use on a regular rotation every day-5 days a week- 3.7 miles round trip. I live in a little village in England since march and walking has been my savior on my days I suffer from homesickness. I'm doing a 5K Race For Life Cancer Fundraiser Event in July.....never thought I would be doing THAT- but here I am. i hope to do a half marathon in 2012 too!!!

I walked 3 miles each of the last two days, I love the maps on the exercise pages. I never go the same way twice.
