So I finished the 30 Day Shred yesterday and took my measurements today...
So here are my results:
Upper arms: 28cm [before] ; 27cm [after]
Bust: 95cm [before] ; 92cm [after]
Waist: 77cm [before] ; 75cm [after]
Hips: 96cm [before] ; 94cm [after]
Thighs: 58cm [before] : 54cm [after]

It was the toughest workout I've had in a while, but I pushed through each circuit and finally completed the whole thing without skipping. I tried to keep to a healthy diet, and for the most part I did, but there was the occasional cheat.
The other day it showed that I lost 1kg but this morning I appeared to have picked it up again, I'm not that worried though, water-weight, bloat, muscle mass could play a big part there anyway.
Results aren't extreme or anything, but I do feel more toned and fit. And the few centimeters I lost motivates me to keep doing this. Definitely going to continue exercising everyday. Maybe I'll try the Ripped In 30 Next.
