Hi and welcome to Sp! I suggest joining a sparkteam! Its a great way to give and get advice, motivation and encouragment, And to find people going though the same stuff as you. Go to the top of the page and put your cursor over the bar that says "community" then click on sparkteams in the drop down box. Then you can search for ones with like interests and/or goals.

Hi,

I really want to say goodbye to 30 pounds! It seems like I bounce back and forth -- the pounds go up - the pounds go down... I was only 7 pounds away from the finish line several years ago -- but then the weight went back up after I stopped fitness bootcamp... Couldn't keep eating that way if you're not excercising that strenuous 4x per week. Then I lost some weight through eating vegan -- and the weight stayed off -- it was great! (BTW, I'm not vegan - but it worked great w/exercise to lose weight - it just takes lots of planning and hard work) but then while I was recovering from surgery -- the exercise dropped off and I fudged on the eating and ... hello -- I'm back up again!!

SO... I really want to lose the 30 pounds and I want it to stay off!!!

:) Well that's my story...
