I have a pretty bad cold and didn't feel like working out so I told myself I'd do 20 mins instead of my normal 35 kickboxing. I also did a higher level since I was gonna do less time. This in itself would have been a woo hoo moment but I also wound up doing 30 minutes instead of the 20 I planned. Heck yah.
