No exercise in the world can get rid of your pooch, I'm afraid. The nature of fat loss is that it is a total-body process, and not even JM can get rid of it (marketing materials aside.)

Because weight loss is about the food you eat, you adjust your eating to the exercises you do, so which cardio you do is less important than finding something you enjoy and will stick to.

Many people speak highly of the program, and if you do a search, you'll find lots of threads about it. Just understand you can't target your trouble zones for fat loss!

Make sure that you have spoken to your doctor about your new exercise program before beginning it. Particularly since you have some back problems (although everyone should check with their docs first) you need to get clearance to prevent further injury!

Im starting my 30 day shred next monday. Starting so late due to my back problems, and i'll be on medication for that. This is my first time trying it. So, could you show me some results? (:

id love it if other mommies could share their results. I have this pooch from birth, and I wanted to know if the 30DS could get rid of that.

Thanks! (:
