That is a great way to attack this! Yes, there is a team for everything you can imagine. Click on Community on the bar at the top of the page, then Sparkteams, and you will find literally hundreds (maybe thousands!) of them. Try a few and find one with lots of activity that you feel comfortable in. As time goes on, you will join more, but at first try to do only a few so that you can "ease into it" Also, as you make Sparkfriends, you can see what teams they are on. Sometimes having a friendly "face" makes it easier to fit!

Hi there! Have you joined any teams yet? There are tons of different one that address, overeating, clean eating, binge eating, emotional eating, you name it! Check them out and join one that looks good to you then become active in the group, it's an awesome way to give and receive support!

I'm on a quest to make some lifestyle changes. I decided to pick one habit per month to focus on. My goal this month (8/26/2013 to 9/26/2013) is to eliminate over eating.
I could use a team and some support on this as over eating is my biggest obstacle and affects my life in so many ways.
Anyone down to be a part of this?
