I just finished level 1 - I use it as a warm-up without weights. Sometimes I do it with my 12-year-old son, which is a hoot. The music is really lame, though - it's a bit of a trial to listen to something so lame so many times in a row.
There's really no excuse not to stick with something that only takes 20 minutes a day, so the concept is pretty brilliant.Looking forward to level 2.

Yeah, I started it beginning of December but I do it 3x a week before I start my strength training program and I took some extra time on level 2. So I'm at level 3 Day 3. I also mix 5 lbs and 8 lbs weights (depening on the particular exercise and how long I've been doing that level). I do JM's BFBM at my cardio alternating days.

I LOVE the 30 Day Shred. I've worked through all the levels and now use it as a break from some of my other routines. It's great in that you can keep upping the weights and never really "outgrow" the routines.
I love that it's relatively brief but a great workout. I hope you get great results from it, too.

I just started! Im also adding in some treadmill work so I better see some results in 30 days lol. That workout is awesome though!

Haha, I did it when I first started out almost three years ago. I heard it was hard, but I was like PSHHH, OKAY, I CAN HANDLE IT. Oh lord, the next day I was so sore that I couldn't walk up the stairs. But stick with it! And don't forget, you can't out exercise a bad diet! :) Once you finish 30DS, try Ripped in 30...it's even better than 30DS!

I just finished the 30 day shred about 30 minutes ago.............it kicked my butt! I am so looking forward to the day when I can do a modified push up..............I am so out of shape!
