i just got a heart rate monitor after getting a knee injury but i did the level 1 of the shred anyway and burned 217 calories WITH a knee injury that limited me from really doing the cardio....i haven't healed enough to do it fully yet..i am 5'8 and 148 pounds...it is probably different for everyone though!
I just ordered this DVD. I walk on my treadmill each morning for an hour and burn 300 calories. I am able to keep my calories at around 1800/day (as long as I walk), and still lose weight. I would like to do this DVD a few times a week as well. I know it's only a 20 minute workout, but does anyone here have any idea how many calories (approximate) can be burned?
