I do it every other day with my reg. ST routine.

I just did the level 1 workout of this dvd tonite. I am completely achy already, but surprisingly feel quite well after it. Good luck with it!!

She does recommend doing it everyday but you'll probably be sore the next day or two so 3x a week might be better.

I'm pretty sure the DVD says to do it daily, but I'd recommend having more variety in your workout routine. I think 2-3 times per week would be more than enough.
