Im leaving for vacation August 5th and wont be back til mid sept. I am going to do my best to keep working out while im there. But til then I am going to try to work out at least 20 minutes everday til I leave. (with the exception of next wednesday due to Drs, Appts)
I know itll be hard but I could use to lose a few more pounds by then, and a couple inches wouldnt be bad either. I am close to my goal so it may start getting harder.

Mine are: at least 20 mintues of fitness everyday watch calories and portions. drink all 8 cups of water (more on hot days)
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
