Missed the last 2 days but back on track today with 40 minutes of turbo jam

20 MInute Turbo Jam workout and 20 Minutes Turbo Sculpt done. So far eating good today

Im leaving for vacation August 5th and wont be back til mid sept. I am going to do my best to keep working out while im there. But til then I am going to try to work out at least 20 minutes everday til I leave. (with the exception of next wednesday due to Drs, Appts)

I know itll be hard but I could use to lose a few more pounds by then, and a couple inches
wouldnt be bad either. I am close to my goal so it may start getting harder.

Its been a long time since I've been in the 140's but its been even longer since i've been in the 130's.

Whos with me for 3 weeks....set your goals and stick to them

Mine are:
at least 20 mintues of fitness everyday
watch calories and portions.
drink all 8 cups of water (more on hot days)
