Awesome I am in a 10 week transformation myself and in week 4! Loving the new habit and already a size smaller in the jeans! Keep up the good work. Stay strong.

I'm doing really well the past 3 weeks. I decided it's time to crack on and loose this weight due from foot breaking. I do sparkpeople cardio work outs, and jogging. I also eat healthy and do strength training.
