Of the trainer machines my favorite is the elliptical. You can burn so many more calories than on the treadmill without physically exhausting yourself and even if you did want to imagine how many you would burn then! My favorite workout of all time is Zumba. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and am in love with it. You can burn up to 1000 calories and have a blast at the same time! An hour of Zumba seems like nothing compared to a loooooong hour on the treadmill or elliptical. I think they are both still really good to do for endurance purposes just not as fun.
