Thanx ...I am trying and I keep an eye on my eating although I am no going over calories I need to put more veggies into it and fruit next week I will work on packing more of that stuff.
So I will also continue to look into elliptical and maybe zumba I hear it is fun ...but I did really like the jurbo jam I just cant find it anymore.

I also can improve on more veggies and less of the dry snacks any ideas I need easy things to pack ...I like celery carrots spinich all types of fruit accept avacado ....cucumbers are my favorite ...if I can find a way to pack these instead of the dry 100 cal then I would be good ...

Any light dips anyone can recommend.

Of the trainer machines my favorite is the elliptical. You can burn so many more calories than on the treadmill without physically exhausting yourself and even if you did want to imagine how many you would burn then! My favorite workout of all time is Zumba. I tried it for the first time a few days ago and am in love with it. You can burn up to 1000 calories and have a blast at the same time! An hour of Zumba seems like nothing compared to a loooooong hour on the treadmill or elliptical. I think they are both still really good to do for endurance purposes just not as fun. Great job on your weight loss by the way. You are you grrrrrrreat!!! emoticon

Hello Everyone

So I am on my second week of tracking and I think I am doing alright ...I need to add more workouts but I am trying ...
I need to go back to 125 but these last few pounds are stubborn.
Eating is ok ....but I know with the cold coming my workouts are going to be a challenge but I am looking into investing into a eliptical.

Any suggestions...
