Thanks for all words of encouragement. Last time or two that I did SP, I didn't do message boards, but this time around I find that it helps to blog. Trying to doctor my joints in next few weeks so that I can get back on the treadmill. Right now it is a catch 22 because I am trying to lose the weight so that there is less stress on my knees and hips, but intense soreness is hindering the exercise.

I am also new here and this is my 3rd week following the program set for me. I have lost so far 4 and 1/2 pounds since I started. I am actually finding myself wanting to work out and to track all of my goals. I also find myself looking forwards to Sundays so that I can weigh myself and see what progress I have made through the week.
