hey welcome back then ! dont get discouraged, if you have access to an eliptical try it sometimes its not so harsh on the knees

Thanks for all words of encouragement. Last time or two that I did SP, I didn't do message boards, but this time around I find that it helps to blog. Trying to doctor my joints in next few weeks so that I can get back on the treadmill. Right now it is a catch 22 because I am trying to lose the weight so that there is less stress on my knees and hips, but intense soreness is hindering the exercise.

I am also new here and this is my 3rd week following the program set for me. I have lost so far 4 and 1/2 pounds since I started. I am actually finding myself wanting to work out and to track all of my goals. I also find myself looking forwards to Sundays so that I can weigh myself and see what progress I have made through the week.

Day 10. Following the program but things are little slower. Down 4 lbs but will not be discouraged. At least it is in the right direction.
