Congrats to starting. It is really hard and I know what you mean about still being hungry. I tried to drink water or flavored water. Sometimes it does help with the feeling of being hungry.

Try to stay positive and would love to help you out any way I can emoticon You just can't give up!!

As for being hungry, as Kelly said, just use your FastBreak goals in the first couple of weeks. You want to be consistent with small goals first, so you can build momentum and carry through. If you get too overwhelmed, you may give up - and that has no benefits at all.

Congratulations for taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle for yourself. It can be a little overwhelming when you are just getting started so remember to go easy on yourself. Make small changes in the beginning and set small goals so you don't burn out before you truly give yourself a chance to begin.

If you haven't done so already, try taking a look at the SparkTeams. Find one that may be close to your area or one that may be a similar passion/hobby.
