Just like you,TENACITY918, I am so gung ho about Sparkpeople that I can taste it! (By the way, it tastes great, is rich, but not filling, and calorie free. Yahoo!)

And always remember, even if you are not losing (temporarily, of course), the exercise you do is sculpting your body from the inside out! Your new body will reveal itself eventually and it will be stunning! I kid you not. The results I have lived are simply phenomenal.

Also, I'm always hyping the Official Sparkpeople Challenges (28 Day & Spring into Shape) because they have worked so well for me. I constantly alternate these two 4 week challenges. When I finish one, I go to the other.

I'm not going to wish you good luck, because with Sparkpeople, you don't need it!

But I will say, Spark On!

26.6 lbs!!! 26.6 lbs!!! (I had to say it twice for it to register in my head!!!) I can't believe I have lost that much!!! Only one word pops into my head right now...Amazing...Absolutely Amazing!! And incredible!!! And awesome!! Needless to say, I am one happy sparker today!!! i just can't wipe this smile off my face!! I think I am going to do my happy dance right now!!!! But before I do that, I would like to share something with you!!!!
