Thanks and Congratulations to you as well! That is great. I need to get more veggies and drink more water but I am trying for the gradual change. I eat some veggies now but not enough.

Awesome - keep up the great work! I just hit the 25 lbs gone mark today also! I'm trying to focus on eating a ton of veggies and getting in my water.

Well, this morning when I weighed myself I had hit the 25 pounds lost mark. One of the of the way to my goal weight!!! I am super excited and hope to use the momentum I am building to keep this moving. I am finally to the point where my portion sizes don't seem to small and make me feel full. That was the hardest part. I think I have finally right sized my portions.
