I decided to start working out at the worst possible time, right before cookie, candy and goodies season. I did this on purpose though, because it works best for me. I know if I can get through those tough days without eating sweets I can get past any ordinary old weekday!
I did the same thing last year too! Right before my finals I quit smoking cold turkey after ten years! I've been cigarette free for 14 months!!!
