Develop a program involving
1) calories/food
2) cardio
3) strength

then all you have to do is be consistent and you will achieve your goals. It helps if you'll read the articles and blogs on a daily basis and those will help with motivation and information.

hi im here for one reason ... to lose all the weight i gained from having my daughter and that has billed up for the past 2 years. I just wanna be healthy again and have the energy to run around after her.
