A few weeks ago I was down 18 lbs, but hit a plateau. I just could not lose any more, and actually gained a lb or 2 back. I almost gave up a few times, but I just kept at it, vamped up my workout a little, ate a few different things..and finally! 21lbs gone to date! I could not be happier..well, I could, if I was at my goal weight, but I'll take the 21lbs for now!!!!
