I've always loved the Corvette -- especially when its design is distinctive. There were some of those 90s models that were too much like other cars on the market. Here it still has those Corvette-curves and it looks great. Too much for my budget, but still.

Thanks for the link! I like the front from what I can see. Seems more aggressive / manly than I'm used to but I applaud them for trying to reinterpret such an iconic legend. You are correct about the taillights...I always picture these cars w/ more rounded taillights. Can't wait to see one in person.

Off topic from health/ fitness discussion but regardless.... Im an automotive guy and work in the industry here in Detroit. Been through the good, bad, and hopefully returning to good times. With the 2013 North American International Autoshow kicking off in Detroit (tonight) Im curious what peoples opinion of the new Corvette is. Me, I love it! Definately a changed design with a aggressive edgy look. Sure hte tail lights resemble the Camaro, but is that a bad thing? I believe the designers at GM captured the best of the classic styling of Corvette yet enhanced it to create a up to date modern sportscar monster. Now I just wait for dealers to begin taking orders.
So guys (and gals who lurk here), whats your opinion?
