GREAT JOB with that letter. Print it and Hang it some where so if you ever feel the need to remind yourself you are taking steps to a healthier lifestyle you know just where to look.

Dear Michele,

On this day 11/30/2012 you made a commitment to yourself to make 2013 YOUR year to SHINE!!!..You can do this!! You have made a lot of great accomplishments already!!!..lost 30lbs, ran your first 5k in Oct, ran your first 4miles and 6 miles since then!!...THAT IS AMAZING!!!
If you can do all that you can most definitely continue this journey of wellness...AND finish it!!!...Keep motivated Keep focused..You may stumble a few times along the way...DON'T GIVE UP!!! Drink your water, track your food and get your exercise in. Remember 3x3miles each week along with 1 to 2 strength training days...I will be with you the entire way! Love, Michele
