I just started doing 20 minutes a day everyday this week! Whether I do my SP video, lift weight or at least go for a quick walk - I'm hoping to really see a difference. My goal for my streak is to do it every day until my final weigh in next Wednesday (and I started this Tuesday). After that - I'll keep making Wednesday a goal - just 7 more days - just 7 more days - until it mounts up and I can't wait to hit 100 days of 20 minutes a day! My fitness minutes won't be hard to reach each week that's for sure!

I'll walk over and talk to people instead of picking up the phone.
At home, I'll take dishes out of the dishwasher one at a time and walk back and forth to put them away.
Not efficient, but every little bit of movement helps.

Climb the steps at home 3-4 times during each commercial break, or do a set of situps and a set of pushups during each break. Do some chair dips. Do a few knee ups while sitting on the couch.
It's more mental than anything - just make the effort and the results will follow.

I have been doing at home exercises at least 4 days a week and have seen results! Remember it's 80% what you eat, 20% exercise. 20 minutes is better than no minutes. Remember to drink plenty of water during the day to continue flushing out your system. If you have belly fat that is stubborn, focus on strength training and mixing it with cardio. Best of luck!
