Great job! The good thing about the water pill is that it actually helps you loose weight. I have been battling high BP too an we share the desire to get off the meds. Mine has gone way down with Spark; I'm still on 2 pills but my blood pressure is normal. It's such a great feeling - keep up the good work.
Congratulations on your weight loss. Absolutely, you can do this especially with the great start you've gotten. I'll look forward to reading your post in the message boards about your sucess when the doctor takes you off that medication.

Today I went to the Dr for my yearly physical. I found out that I lost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I now weigh 349.2 lbs. Now this is according to my scale. According to the clinic scale I weigh in at 344.2 lbs. I found out I do have high blood pressure and got put on a water pill. This really bothers me to be on this pill but I will take it and continue to try for more weight loss so hopefully I will overcome this. Today's weigh in just goes to show me I can do this. I have lost weight before but just eventually gave up. I am going to take this high bp and use it to motivate me. I will overcome this and I am looking fwd to the 330s. I really want to push hard for 300 by January 1. Do you guys think this is possible? Even though it may not be possible it still will keep me going
