I really should do this. Although I believe in eating all foods in moderation, I find it easier to stave off cravings when I eat fewer sweets.

Congratulations! Are you missing the desserts and stuff, or have your tastes adjusted to not eating them?

I just completed week 2 of taming the sweets challenge today. I check that off and tomorrow move to week 3.

I have gone 14 days without any sweets like cookies, pie, cake etc.
