Started the year w/ the iVillage Challenge. Tracked my foods over at EverydayHealth the first week. Didn't lose.. actually I think I gained a lb. LOL. Saw that I needed a more concise inspection of my eating habits and nutrition. Found SparkPeople. Weighed in this morning and to my surprise... 5lbs down. I had to double check w/ the tape measure... yep 1inch off the belly, 1.5 off the hips and 3 off the waist. Amazing how just being accountable to the food tracker makes it easy. That was w/o any exercise. I hurt my back the first week w/ oblique twists. lol.
