Thanks so much for the advice! Although I haven't been noticing change other people have. It's a lot harder when not too long ago I was a good 10-15 pounds lighter, so it's difficult for me to notice any change (especially when it's not on the scale). But I definitely have been feeling a lot better and I have had a lot more energy. I'll keep tracking and maybe I'll find the reason in there!!

Weight loss is a funny old business, some people lose it quick, some not so quick. Try and look at other - non scale - ways of measuring your progress. Are you losing inches? Do you feel better? Are your clothes getting loose?

All of this means you are on the right track.

Muscle does weigh more than fat so you could be getting smaller while not seeing a difference in the scales. If you are tracking your workouts maybe post on the Fitness boards and see what the experts think.

Check your nutritional input. We have a tendency to figure on the low end. Good luck!!

I have been working out for 2 months and eating healthy (fruits and veggies, little-none refined sugars/carbs) but have barely seen any weight loss.. any suggestions? could this be from fat turning to muscle?
