Hi everyone,

I haven't dropped quite the pounds I hoped for BUT I have been working consistently with a workout program designed for me by a personal trainer I see once a month. I do the workout twice a week and exercise (primarily cardio and at-home strength) 3 times a week for 5 times total. My goal is an hour each time, though I've had to curtain that a few times.

But still... celebrating 2 months of Sparkpeople and of consistent workout! Whoot!

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful. -Buddha
