Adjusting is a great idea -- it's when we quit altogether that we have our major setbacks. After all, this is a lifestyle not a short run race! If you make yourself miserable trying to walk in weather that makes you extremely uncomfortable, you'll be more inclined to continue.

I live in the Pacific North Wet as well (grin), will be nice when it isn't getting dark at 4:15 in the afternoon.

"Since it's getting coler outside I change my steps to only 2 miles, that a little over 8400 a day."

There are ~10,000 steps in a mile
Two miles = ~ 4,000 steps.

Since it's getting coler outside I change my steps to only 2 miles, that a little over 8400 a day.
I hope that will be okay. If I set my goals to high I get to work up. How does that sound
