That's great work!

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Woo Hoo!!!

I am so pleased, I was noticing my clothes are a little loser, but it is official 2 inches off my waist.

I have lost a stone of weight too, but the measurements really reinforced the difference it is making. I have been walking for approximately 30 minutes a day, cutting out all my snacks and sweets between meals, added lots of fruit to my day instead. I have been eating well, eating similar foods to normal, but not eating anything fried. The main thing it is working and I am enjoying it.

Picked up a dress in a smaller size yesterday in a sale, I thought I will be daring and go and try it on. IT FIT!!! rushed home and showed my husband and son, lol silly how you get so excited.

I wish everyone well, keep going and let's have a healthy Christmas emoticon
