My advice if you do not like strength training is to try doing other work such as lifting boxes or other objects that can give you the same type of training. You are doing so well keep up the hard work.

This is the third time I've made it to 120 minutes on intervals. Looks like I'll just increasing the difficulty level from here. Now, I've got to master the strength exercises - so boring; it's hard to get started.
