I hate lifting weights too, but it's really shown a difference, and it's only been a few weeks! Btw congrats on your 2 hour bike exercise. What a great workout!

Nice workout.

By lifting heavy, and using compound exercises, you can get in a great all-body strength workout in just 20-30 minutes.

And surely 20-30 minutes doing several different types of exercises is LESS boring than 120 minutes on an exercise bike?

My advice if you do not like strength training is to try doing other work such as lifting boxes or other objects that can give you the same type of training.
You are doing so well keep up the hard work.

This is the third time I've made it to 120 minutes on intervals. Looks like I'll just increasing the difficulty level from here. Now, I've got to master the strength exercises - so boring; it's hard to get started.
