I LOVE your paper chain idea! I have been having trouble refocusing after the holidays - I thing your idea is just the ticket. It's fresh and new, it's highly motivational and it's cute! Thanks for a great idea - I'm starting mine right after my healthy lunch.

I wanted something sweet but instead of reaching for some high calorie option I grabbed some strawberries instead. I feel satisfied and proud I made this choice. Also I am proud to say this is the 1st week in my memory that my grocery list did not include pop. If it isn't here I can't drink it. To commemorate these 2 steps to a healthy life I am going to start a paper ring chain and every time I make a step in the right direction I am going to write it on the next ring and grow my weight loss chain.
