On your progress towards the goals you have set for yourself. I am sure if you can keep up the 60 minutes on the elliptical that you should be able to stay under 160.
I hope you have given yourself a spark goodie for accomplishing these 2 goals.

Total weight loss goal is 70 lbs. I am breaking the large goal into smaller goals. I have reached my first goal of 27 lbs, and starting my 2nd 27 lbs goal!

#1 I haven't been able to break 160 in 8 years....well, I weighed at 159.8 this am!!!! It's close but great for me!!!

#2. I just finished 60 minutes on the elliptical.....20-40 is usually my max!!!
