I had one of those feeling really bloated days yesterday, but thanks to all of you I didn't fall off the band wagon. I tried to watch my sodium intake today and feel much better this evening. Normally, feeling like that would have depressed me, but I got on SP and read your posts again and kept my determination to make it. Thanks again to everyone. Hope all of you are having a great week!

I am so happy! Just put in my 1st week of loyalty to myself and lost 3.5 lbs! Woohoo! I purchased a used treadmill a little over a week ago and have been faithfully using it. I am finally getting my energy back and the belief in myself that I need. Thanks to all who post on Sparkpeople...because you are very encouraging in so many ways. Hope to be the same.
