I started just a bit before you and tomorrow is day 30..... so I know the HUGE feeling of accomplishment to have stuck with it for your first week! Keep up the good work and by springtime (long way off for us Milwaukee girls) you will look and feel fabulous!

I made up my mind last Tuesday that I was getting back on track and was ready to work hard for my goals and I am doing it!! I worked out 4 days, stayed in my calorie range, sparked often and got on this scale this morning and dropped 3.5lbs! I am so excited and motivated to make this journey from the mid 200lb range down to the 140's!
