Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like interests/hobbies or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Hi. This is the first time I've had to officially "diet." I've been fortunate to be tall and slender most of my life. I'm still tall (haha) but not so slender. I keep adding clothes to the bin of clothes that no longer fit me, and I miss a lot of them! Not fitting into my nice business clothes has been awful, and I am tired of continuing to buy a size up. So, my goal is fit into all those old clothes, which means losing about 25 lbs, which will take me from a 12 to a 6. I've only been doing this two days, there's a long way to go!
