Hi. This is the first time I've had to officially "diet." I've been fortunate to be tall and slender most of my life. I'm still tall (haha) but not so slender. I keep adding clothes to the bin of clothes that no longer fit me, and I miss a lot of them! Not fitting into my nice business clothes has been awful, and I am tired of continuing to buy a size up. So, my goal is fit into all those old clothes, which means losing about 25 lbs, which will take me from a 12 to a 6. I've only been doing this two days, there's a long way to go!
