No weight loss this week, BUT, I got in 10k plus steps 5 of the 7 days and did additional walking workouts that burned 200 calories on 3 of the days. I stayed within my ranges for sure on 5 of the days. The last two days. Ive had friends over so I haven't had time to count, but we made Ratatouille and winter root stew, both from scratch with minimal oil and no asses salt, so I know for sure that I got my veggies in. I'm going to count the week as successful.
